This course blends expressive movement with heartfelt worship, using dance as a powerful form of connection and storytelling. You will learn dance through collective movements while also incorporating worship instruments.

As we move through February, we invite you to slow your pace and allow the Lord to search your heart. Seek the Lord and ask Him:

1. Who am I being called to LOVE better?

2. Where is God asking me to shift my attitude, my tone, or my response?

3. What would it look like if LOVE led my decisions this month?
